Exceptional Events at Williams Inn

The Williams Inn comes from a legacy of family ownership and exceptional New England hospitality. We love welcoming families, friends and groups for anniversaries, birthdays, reunions and more. Located on the Williams College campus in beautiful Williamstown, Mass., we offer four function spaces, 124 guest rooms, on-site catering and seamless service. We are here 24 hours a day to help you expertly plan and execute your event at our boutique hotel in The Berkshires.

Our meeting and conference spaces include:

Main Ballroom

Accommodates up to 250 guests and breaks out into three separate meeting rooms:

The Berkshire Room

Located just off of the front Lobby, The Berkshire Room hosts meetings and events for up to 100 guests and is the perfect space for business meetings, weddings and social events.

Williams East & West

Williams East & West accommodates just over 100 people and can also be divided by portable walls making each space a perfect option for breakout groups or small meetings.

The Heritage Room

For mid-size conferences, The Heritage Room is located in south side of the property. Its layout can easily accommodate on-site check in and up to 80 guests.
