Meeting Space & Venue in The Berkshires
The Williams Inn is an ideal location for meetings and conferences. Located on the Williams College campus in beautiful Williamstown, Mass., we offer four function spaces, on-site catering and expert hospitality. Our talented staff will help you successfully plan and conduct your meeting from start to finish. Our Williamstown hotel offers 116 overnight accommodations, complimentary WiFi, numerous amenities and ample parking. We are a short walk from the center of the Williams College campus and downtown Williamstown.

The Berkshire Room
Located just off of the front Lobby, The Berkshire Room hosts meetings and events for up to 100 guests and is the perfect space for business meetings, weddings and social events.
Williams East & West
Williams East & West accommodates just over 100 people and can also be divided by portable walls making each space a perfect option for breakout groups or small meetings.
The Heritage Room
For mid-size conferences, The Heritage Room is located in south side of the property. Its layout can easily accommodate on-site check in and up to 80 guests.
